The scores are correct. Although at first look it might seem there is some problem as Vidyodaya has so many points, the system is infact very fair and sound.
The setting school will always get a large amount of points. As all schools have a chance to be the setting school, the points will get normalised once all the schools become the setting school. Conversely not being the setting school practically destroys your chances.

How did Adarsha get only 50 after we scored 7
It is 4 * no:of schools for answering 5 questions, ie 4*12 = 48 for five questions.
And for each question above 5, u get +1, and the setting school gets -2
When is the next quiz?
So only if we answer 5 or more questions will we get marks

As I told, and as I am repeating for the THIRD time, the score standings for footsoldiers are correct...
Although you might find 10 schools only in the school standings, there are actually 12 schools registered in EQL.
The two schools missing are Bhavans Newsprint and Chinmaya Vaduthala...their teams dont have enough points to figure in the school standings...

When I subtracted so many teams' EQL 4 score from the present score the result wasn't a divisible by 7.
Note : they did'nt even pass to the finals
